Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My apartment complex management forged my wife and I signature in an agreement regarding a lease verification. They also entered our apartment unlawfully to deliver this agreement (which we never signed) when we were away. I want to sue them for forging our signatures.

Ask yourself what the damages are -- what has this cost you? You won't get a contingency fee agreement on this because the damages are going to be too small. I am not sure what you are afraid of here -- is it your ability to move out? something bad in the lease? Bottom line, it is a worthless document if your signatures were forged. I am not sure why you want to sue them. If it's over the principal of it, dont do it. Cost too much.
