Re: can anyone appeal a court sentence?

Probably not. You can hire a lawyer to review the file, however, most plea bargains waive the right to appeal. (unless there were issues raised on pretrial motions, or with the permission of the court).

Re: can anyone appeal a court sentence?

Generally, when the alleged defendant accepts a plea deal; the alleged defendant waives his/her right to appeal. The only exceptions would be if items were handled in pre-trial motions and/or with the permission of the court. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).
