Appeal of Revocation Hearing
If you file an appeal on a revocation hearing, can the judge give you more jail time than you were given in the first place?

If the result of the appeal, is a win and is a reverse and remand for a new hearing, then you are starting from scratch, with instructions from the appellate court. If those instructions allow it, then yes.
