Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I am applying for a job with the Federal Government and they are running a background check on me. I received a possession of paraphernalia charge somewhere in Texas on I-40 in early 2010. I would like to find the correct county court and date/time of the incident but I cannot find my record anywhere online using searches. What is the best way to find how much I paid, where and when I paid it, and the incident occurred?

There is no way to help you if you do not know the county / city of your charge. The charge would be a class C misdemeanor filed in a Justice of the Peace or municipal court.
