Talk to an Oklahoma lawyer. Texas has Class A, B, and C misdemeanors, and traffic citations. Generally, if the warrant was a traffic citation paid, then it may not need to be included. It will also depend upon exact wording of the question. Also ask the OK lawyer if there is a process for sealing this, although by paying it, it resulted in a conviction.
