Arrest the 1/19/07. Still being held. No notification of charges - no arraignment.

Arraignment will not occur until an information (misdemeanor) or indictment (felony) is issued and a court is assigned. You should have appeared before a magistrate to have your rights explained to you, charges read, and bail set.
