Can I have my arrest record cleared if the D.A dismissed drug charges due to not agreeing with the arresting officer and I never was arrained?

After the statute of limitations runs, you can hire a lawyer to file a petition in civil district court to expunge your records IF you qualify - which has several components but one has to do with criminal history which you have not provided.
