No you are not entitled to your own arrest report. Usually, your attorney is allowed to review it either in the District Attorney's Office or in Court. Some counties are kind enough to give the attorney copy or charge a minimal fee for a copy of the report. You are also not allowed to possess any NCIC or TCIC records on yourself or on others unless you are employed in law enforcement and it is for official business involving an investigation of some kind. There are several data banks on the Internet that have pretty good information regarding the criminal records of individuals and you can purchase information from DPS regarding criminal conviction records on individuals.
