Malicious Prosecution
Hello there,
There are instances where one can sue someone for malicious prosecution. Since your case was ultimately dismissed this would be an action that might have some merit.
You need to consult with an attorney regarding the fact of your case to determine if you have a viable civil action to bring against your employer. If you would like to discuss this with me further feel free to e-mail me so we can set a time to talk.
Sincerely,
