Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was arrested for aggravated assault, but I was arrested because the police were confused on what had happen. When all the facts came out the case was dropped and no charges were filed. I'm really concerned because I am graduating from college in may, and I would like to know if it will come up on a background check?
