Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was arrested and charged with a Class A misdemeanor in 2007 i recieved Deferred Adjudication (12 month probation) i havn't been in any kind of trouble since am i eligible to get it expunged

No. Expunction only applies where an offense has been dismissed, acquitted, or pardoned.
However, once you successfully complete the deferred adjudication probation, you may be eligible to file a motion for non-disclosure. If granted, the fact of the arrest and probation will be removed from most records. However, it will not be removed from all records. Suggest you contact a local criminal defense attorney for more information.
