Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Need to get out
If you was arrested for a crime that you didn't commit. And they don't have concrete evidence tht you committed the crime. And the key witness is no where to be found. And you was not indicted for the crime that was committed. Do they have the right to keep you in jail for 10 months

Attorney needs to file a motion for reasonable bond since not indicted within 6 months.
