Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i was arrested for hindering apprehension ,a class a misdemeanor. is deferred probation a good way to go?

This question is impossible to answer as posed. A dismissal would be better as would a pretrial diversion. If you cannot get those and you are guilty then that is better than a final conviction.
