Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was arrested for posession of MJ and the city hasn't filed the case with the county yet. I notice online that next to DA DISPOS DATE it says 04/11/11 What does this mean?

You should call the county clerk and ask them what their abbreviations mean. Just guessing it appears that it say DA (prosecutor) disposed or disposal date 4/11/11 which MIGHT mean that the case was disposed of on 4/11/11 (and if you didn't plead guilty then it might have been dismissed, although one would have guessed that if it was dismissed then it would have had DISMD.)
