Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was arrested in 2006 for poss of marijuana under 2oz in Decatur Tx. I was placed on probation for 2 years and 100 hours of community service. I have a court date in two weeks because i was in rehab for the past 6 months and was unable to complete my community service. Will I be going to jail, or will they just extend my probation

I have no idea. However when you do go to court, bring written proof that you were in rehab.
Your PO is going to know why they were not informed that you were going to rehab.
