A was arrested for poss. os maj. do I really need to get an attorney or can i use a court appointed one. How do i get a court appointed attorney?

When you go to your first court hearing, let the judge know that you want a court appointed attorney. The judge will have you fill out a form to see if you qualified for a court appointed lawyer. You will qualified if you can't afford to hire an attorney.
