Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was arrested in May 2012 for possession of controlled substance. I was giving a friend a ride and we got pulled over because the cop said that my lights were on bright. After checking my license and insurance, he asked the passenger of my car to step out and asked if he could search him. He said yes and the cop searched his pockets, shoes, hat, etc. Then he made him take his blue jean shorts off, (which he had another pair of basketball type shorts on underneath) searched him closer and then asked him to left up his genital and he discovered a bag of methamphetamine. I was then arrested and indicted with this felony and I had no idea he had any thing on him. Could I beat this?

How can you possess what it under his genitals? Something is missing. Hire a lawyer.
