Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was arrested for prescriptioin fraud schedule 3/4 it was lortab, a 3rd degree felony. My indictment has a 2nd degree for hydrocodone. Hydrocodone alone is listed as a schedule 2 but when combined with tylenol becomes a schedule 3. Is there any reasons why it was upgraded or can it be dismissed or returned to a 3rd degree?

Your lawyer can work a plea bargain which could result in the lowering of charges.
