Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
arrested without being read my rights
I was arrested for minor in consumption and minor in possession and i was not read my rights. I am guilty but is there any way that I could fight this?

Reading of your rights is not required unless you are in custody and the officer is interrogating you. So if you were arrested for an open container and then asked if you were a minor, then your rights would have been violated. Without knowing more facts, it is impossible to know whether you can fight the charges.
