Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i was arrested for shoplifting, i am on parole in Texas, I posted a bonded and told my parole officer about the situation. I have hired an attorney, what can happen now??

It is likely that an MTR will be filed and you will be arrested again. Discuss this with your attorney so you can arrange for another bond with your bonding company or a separate bond with your attorney.
