Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was arrested ten years ago on a criminal complaint that went nowhere, the charges where dropped, I never spent any time in jail. In fact on my court date no one showed up. I want the arrest expunged from my record. The arrest occurred in New York City, Manhattan to be exact. How do I go about doing this?
