Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I was arrested 10/31/12 for theft then I bonded out 11/1/12 then I was told by Bailbond that I would have my first trial to get all the charges and info I need and that I would be given a time limit to hire a lawyer. My story came out on the news and I am in the paper under indictments for 11/6/12. What exactly does that mean? Are the cops looking for me again or will I receive notice of a court hearing?

Hire a lawyer to figure out what is going on. It could be that there are additional charges. (Your bondsman should be able to determine this, too.) Or it could be that the case was presented to a grand jury which issued a true bill, and the bond you made will remain in effect.
