Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
if someone is arrested for theft do they have the right to see the evidence against them. If so, what is the best way to go about it.

The evidence could simply be testimony to be provided by witnesses. If there are videos, the person's lawyer can obtain a copy or at least the opportunity to review it with the person.
