Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I was arrested last year for familey violence well i called the d.a they said charges were drop while i was in jail can anybody tell me why i still had to bail out if there wasn`t a charge and im still paying bond

Get a copy of the dismissal. If the charges were dismissed before your release, then you were not released on bond and you should quit paying the bonding company and get your money back. If you were released on bond because the charges were not dismissed until after your release, then you do owe the bonding company and need to continue paying. You hired them for a service - to get you out on bond. It does not matter if charges are subsequently dismissed, they performed their service.
