Re: Asault with a mottor vehicle
There is an offense called assault which simply means the intentional or knowing causing of bodily injury to another. Bodily injury is can be as simple as causing pain. If a person uses a deadly weapon, then the charge is changed to aggravated assault which is a felony. Sometimes, the prosecutor will allege a vehicle as a deadly weapon. This charge risks a possible prison sentence. The person that is charged needs qualified legal assistance.
