Assault Attempt

Neighbor Angela assaults girl up the road physically causing bodily harm & trip to ER. Cops do not arrest. Neighbor Angela constantly calls sheriff's department for minute stuff on neighbors making false complaints. Angela tries to run me over with vehicle and makes another round of attempt right after almost hitting me & another neighbor w/ explorer. 4 households/neighbors outside witnessed (and wrote statements later for sheriff) Angela sends me text after even. I do not respond to text. Sheriff called and complaint filed, Sheriff comes out to investigate & states this would be attempted assualt w/ deadly weapon and goes to her house, 1 1 1/2 hr later -they never arrest her and when they complete visit w/ her return to me and talk about county not having speed limits because not yet posted. About her wanting him to have cpys of emails I exchange w/ her over a year ago. says she states neighbor hood is harrassing her & trying to shut down day care, states that she showed him text I sent last month. Tell him its been over a year since I texted her & no way could be mine. Sheriff says he will take all info to investigator & investigator will determine??? 2 days later no word & can not contact sherrif. Angela bf is firefighter & I

If you believe that the SO is not going to prosecute because of her connection with the fire department, you should contact the investigator with the DA office.

Be prepared to provide physical proof of your allegations.
