Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Assault causing bodily inj to a FM

I have a friend with 3 charges, the assult to a FM, Evading arrest or detention with vehicle, & out of county class B misdemeanor(which is his probation)all in travis county.

His bond for the assult is 25000, is this typical, are we likely to get it reduced?

The evading is a state jail felony, how likely is it that he will be spending time in state prison, he is still now in county.

To get the bond reduced, your friend's attorney needs to file a Motion to Reduce or a Writ of Habeas Corpus in order to accomplish this.
