Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Assault Charge
I was wanting to obtain a law enforcement job. I have an assault charge that was dismissed. If I get it expunged, will it show up and do I have to list it on an application?

Re: Assault Charge
If the charge is expunged, it will be removed from your records, and you can legally deny that it ever existed.
