Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

assault, etc

I was charged with assault, interfering with an emergency phone call and terroristic threat against my spouse. we are still together and he does not want me to be charged with anything. There was no bodily harm. pretty much just got into an argument and i said something stupid and i unplugged the internet box which was connected to the phone and everything got shut off. what are my chances in court?

How to say. Depends on the county you are in. Some counties would take an affidavit of non-prosecution along with an anger management class and dismiss. Others won't.
