Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I had assault charges pressed on me and the charges were dropped (after $15,000, numerous plane tickets, bail, and 2 lawyers) The charges were dropped because the medical records just said he had a headache... This should have been found 4 years ago... when it happened. They had no case against me in the first place, and I am now out all this money for nothing... is there anyway to get reimbursment for this, or even part of this?

There is no way to get reimbursement.
And, I am pretty sure that the complainant told the officers who took the report that he had more than a headache, or that the headache resulted from an assault (which could have been prosecuted as a class A misdemeanor which requires only that the person suffer from bodily injury which has been defined as pain.) You are lucky the charges were dismissed. Sounds like you had good lawyers working on your case.
