assault with a deadly weapon

im accused of assault with a deadly weapon and kidnapping with a deadly weapon. i pointed the gun at myself and my wife demanding she go with me, then at the police to get back, then laid the gun down, then i laid down and surrendered to them. what are changes of probation. i have no prior convictions of violence but i do have 5 dwi's. i just started lithium and lexapor a couple of months ago to help me with bi-polar according to my doctor. i do not drink anymore. my wife left me three weeks are more ago and has written checks on my account(exclusively mine due to the fact that she has messed up my account for the last 61/2 years). i was very upset that morning, she had borrowed a lot of money from me and told someone how she was so happy now that she was separated although she told me we were going to get back together. i need help

Yes, you need legal help far more in-depth than can be provided on this website. Get a lawyer right away, either retained or court-appointed, and consider in-patient rehab.
