Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
assault/ fv
My fiancee and I got into a fight and we were both taken to jail. neither one of us have a criminal record of any kind. no injuries were present, we just pushed each other and she threw some things at me. Seeing how we both have no record at all and have never been in trouble before, what are the chances we will go to jail? the charge was a class A misdemeanor. the charges were in collin county.

You need to both hire a criminal attorney in your area. It is a possibility that if neither of you are willing to testify against the other the cases could go away, but you need to talk with your attorneys about that.
