Assault on a peace officer
If you are charged with assault on a peace officer, no weapon, but you're intoxicated. What is the common sentencing for this if you plead guilty and try to get a plea bargain?

Generally, the fine is between $750 - $1,500 + court costs + 2 years probation + $60/month in adult probation fees + 40 to 60 hours of community service + 30 to 120 days jail as a condition of probation (which is day for day - not 2 for 1).
