Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
assault question
I am a registered nurse and was verbal assaulted and threatend at work, while working by a patients parent. Was not actually touched, but stated was going to kick my ass. What are my legal options? How can he and can he be charged?

Could probably be charged with a Terroristic Threat. You would need to contact either the intake division of the District Attorney's office or local law enforcement.
Or are you asking about civil remedies?

You may not have a legal cause against the family but you can always file a restraining order.
