Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
assault warrant ?
my fiance and i got into a argument and she started throwing my clothes off the balcony i grabbed her arm and she started sceaming and someone called the cops. my fiance later told me that the cop said he was pressing charges. i just want to know how do i find out about a warant without getting arrested and if i do have a warrant what steps to take

If you have a warrant, you will be arrested, there is no way out of it.
