Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
assault of a 15 yr old
My daughter was recently assaulted by 2 co-workers off property. However, 1 was still on the clock and the manager knew they were going to do this. The girl still on the clock came back, full of my daughters blood to clock out and leave. The manager still did nothing, no phone call to police or anything. Can I hold the company liable for any of this?

Surely by now, you have contacted the police and filed charges.
Now you need to retain a civil attorney to review the evidence regarding a civil suit against the company.

Based on what you have written, I would assume that you have contacted the police and filed a formal criminal complaint against the alleged defendant. As for the company potentially being held liable for their employees actions, that is ultimately dependent upon the specific facts of the case. I would highly suggest that you contact a law firm to discuss the specific facts. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]) to arrange for an inital consultation.
