Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Assult?
My boyfriend has been verbally and sometimes even physically abused by his little brother in the past, he has dealt with it from time to time without a word. Two days ago he finally snapped and after his brother physically provoked him, he snapped and pulled a knife on him. He has a clean police record and has done nothing to ever get in trouble with the police and his brother has a horrible record.....What is the worst that could happen to him?

The worst that could happen? Aggravated Assault - prison and a fine. He needs a lawyer.
