assult charges and stipulations
if i was at a house party kind of thing and the host were serving me alchohol and im a minor and towards the end of the party the female gets boligerent and starts attacking and i hit her once and then i start walking off as im walking off the wife continues to aggres towards me the husbands then comes out and attacks me throwing a punch so i strike him 2 times and again i try to walk off finaly i get into the car and as were driving off the guy aims a pistol a foot away from my head and pulls the trigger but he forgets its unloaded then 3 days later they press assult charges on me what am i looking at
