Attny Client Privilage
If you had an attorney (that was your personal attorney) that is now a judge, can he be the judge over your trial? Can he hear your case if he was once your attorney?

He should not. He should recuse himself. If he does not, then one of the attorneys representing the parties can file a Motion to Recuse, which should be granted.
