Re: attorney client relations

Since this is a criminal matter, you really need a criminal defense attorney.

If you can't afford an attorney, you can ask the court to appoint another for you.

If you go to court, and resolve your situation with a plea bargain the same day, there is no need for you to go to jail - assuming that the state is not insisting on jail time.

Make it clear to the judge that your lawyer has not been in touch with you that you want to fire that attorney and obtain a new CAA so you can resolve the case that day.
