Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

My attorney half way through my case suggested I perform oral favors to him for his fee,'It will be a friend doing a friend a favor" I could not afford my fees (he knew this) I had a assault case against my son's father whom I owe child support to (another case he was handling). Under all the personal duress now I am doing 'favors' for this attorney of family law for his protection in court. I called state board and they told me "you consented' (this is true ...under duress) then I was told by them 'why have you not filled against him" Ya know I understand I made a bad choice several times. As a woman who has been assaulted I felt I had no choice my attorney told me so. I need help with this.

You need to contact local law enforcement and you need to file a grievance with the State Bar. You should still be able to file a grievance despite what the person on the phone told you. The State Bar will come down hard on lawyers who have sex with their current clients, especially ones who try to compel sexual acts in exchange for legal fees.
