Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I need a Attorney who is willing to set up a payment plan for a complicated MTRP in Bexar County. My boyfriend is currenty in Bexar County Adult Dention Center waiting for another court date on 4/27/2016. The reset his original court date because he wants to work out a deal with the DA by giving up information in return less jail time. He had a bigger fight in Nueces County where he was arrested for a new possession charge, we plan on fighting this charge because he was the passenger in a co workers truck and drugs were found in the center console of co workers truck. They were both arrested Jan 19, 2016 driver is on parole but bonded out wearing ankle monitor and back in san antonio dealing dope. Meanwhile my boyfriend, who had a warrant for violating probation to work and deal with a death in his family, sat in Nueces County from Jan 19, 2016 until they extradited him sometime around March 23, 2016. Nueces County Judge set a PR Bond only for extradition. I need help getting him out, I understand he messed up but he wasnt ignoring his probation officer on purpose, he knows it was wrong but he needed to work, he was scared, his emotions shot from the death of his best friend and his nephew, he was afraid for me because we were basically homeless thats why we left the county, he knew we would be okay going out of town on these construction jobs covered food and lodging. The coworker, Clayton Davis, wasnt part of the original crew, we just met him through another person prior to the Driscoll job. The forman couldnt pay a extra guy so my boyfriend split his pay each day with Clayton, because Clayton was struggling. My boyfriend was heading in the right direction, sure he broke probation rules...but he stayed clean, we both have been clean since last year..almost 12 months....Im working and can make payments..I want a good attorney not the court appointed attorney who wont communicate with me or my boyfriend. Court is on the 27th and no legal council has gone to see him in Baxer County. If your up for a challenge, want to help us work with the DA and want to get some ugly drug dealers off the street...please work with us...work with me, please
