Probably can't be done. So people know, a blue warrant is a warrant for a parole violation. Generally you must go into custody and get a hearing, win and then the blue warrant is lifted. There are many fine parole lawyers but I'm not sure where you are. (Do not believe anyone who says they can get a blue warrant lifted without the person going into custody.)
