how the background check does, i have charged with criminal charge right now i am outside with a bail bond but till now we dont have any court dates i am applying for a job if they do the background check . they will be knowing about this issue or not please reply me as soon as possible

If the prospective employer performs a background check, the employer will probably discover the charge against you.

It really depends on what kind of background search the employer does. If they just pay for convictions, this shouldn't show up because you've just been arrested/charged. If they check all records, your arrest will show up. The best thing to do is carefully read the language of the application. If it asks about convictions, you can safely deny it, but if it asks about arrests/charges, you should probably disclose. Depending on the charge, lying about it to a prospective employer is considered a bigger sin than the offense itself.
