i have an offer of employment for the IT industry but i have a felony evading arrest state jail felony . I completed deffered probation successfully will that stop me from getting hired

It may be too late for this job offer. Depending on the offese, since you successfully completed deferred, you may be eligible to file a petition for non-disclosure. This would prevent the disclosure of the charge and court data to the public. The court, law-enforcement and certain state agencies would sill have access to the charge and the deferred adjudication.
