I have a felony on my record that happened 9 yrs. ago. A prospective employer wants to do a 7 yr. background check. Do you think this felony will show up on the record?

Re: background checks for felony
Depends on how the background check is done. That is are they having someone run you through NCIC, have a pay service such as public data. com do it or some other method.
