Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
bad favor
My friend was arrested and charged for pills that are mine. I have a prescription and had simply ask him to bring them to me at work. He got into an altercation with police and now is charged for something that is mine. Is there anyway for me to tell the court or whoever that they are mine and prove to them that they aren't his? I do have a prescription

Re: bad favor
I would suggest that you do an affidavit explaining the situation along with a copy of your prescription. The give that information to your friend's lawyer or to your friend.
