Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
bail bond
I had a bond in Texas, but it took so long for the case to come up, I moved to another state, can I be arrested for not paying the bond, and how can this problem be fixed?

Re: bail bond
in order to help you I would need know which County in which case was originally started and what were the charges. It's my guess that the court issued a warrant for your arrest based on your failure to appear at the hearing that you didn't receive notice of. Therefore, I would suggest to you do not speak to anyone but myself or another lawyer regarding this matter. If you want me to assist you please send me an e-mail with your phone number so I can talk you directly.
