Bail Bonds
If i was arrested and bailed out of jail...went to trial and found ''Not Guilty''... am I entitled to the money that i paid for bail?

If you put up cash for the full amount of the bond set in your case, then you should be able to get that money back from the court when the case is over. For example, if your bond was $5,000.00 and you put up $5,000.00 in cash for the bond, and your case is over, then you are eligible to get that money back. On the other hand, if you hired a bonding company and paid them a percentage of the bond, and they acted in your behalf by getting you out of jail, then the fee you paid them was their bonding fee. You are not entitled to get that money back. In other words, that is the fee they charged you for their services, i.e., getting you ought of jail and taking the risk of promising the court you would show up at every court appearance, etc.
