Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I am out on bail and have failed a drug test and missed an appointment with my bond officer. Will they come looking for me or just wait and arrest me when I go to court?

If you do not report as ordered, yes. And, they can raise your bond for the drug test failure. Talk to your lawyer.
